_{First I would kindly like to thank everyone who decided to follow me on this blog. I did not expect the welcoming that I received. Never in my life did I ever expect to pick up a character like Balthier. I have role played characters that were vastly different from myself, and I did not expect to find anything of myself that resonated in Balthier. However, recently I found myself thinking of him. I was intrigued, so I insisted on replaying Final Fantasy XII. To my dismay, I lost my copy many years ago. So I was forced to watch walkthroughs on Youtube. But it mattered not, for I was allowed to fall in love with a game that I had never enjoyed previously. The characters, all of them, I now appreciate, and thus my muse for Balthier was born.} 

_{Now when I decided to create this blog, I did not believe that it would become what it has now. It has only been a week or so. I am thankful that people treated with me the respect, and kindness that they have. My experience on this blog would not be as enjoyable as it has been without all of your writing, and interactions. ☠: A popular fanon headcanon about my character that bugs me 

_{Hmmmm. The only main fanon headcannons I can think of related to Vaan aren’t really headcannons, more so, just common jokes. The Vaan hate and “unrelated to the plot” thing irks me to no end, however. I could rant, but I’ll just summarize with: if Vaan wasn’t there, there would be no initiation to the main plot. Fran and Balthier probably would have gotten their treasure and run, and Ashe wouldn’t have encountered the beginnings of the party which helped her regain control over Dalmasca.}
